Resources Kit

Research Support Documents:

  • ORIC  provides researchers with letters of Intent/Support and Institutional Information/ Facilities and Resources for their research proposals. To facilitate the process, ORIC requires all staff to complete and submit a Request Form with the needed documents as indicated on the form for processing not later than two weeks before proposal submission deadline.

Proposal Development/Budgeting:

  • ORIC provides a budget list template to aid researchers in proposal development. This is made available upon request. Aside the provision of budget template, the Office also supports researchers to identify research themes based on funding opportunities.

POST -AWARD

Contract Management:

  • ORIC in conjunction with the University’s Legal Unit reviews and negotiates consultancy contracts, research grants and prepares research subcontracts on behalf of the University.  The office also serves as a liaison between sponsors of award and the University.

Project Management:

  • ORIC offers project management support to funded projects to achieve project goals and objectives, and to meet success criteria at the specified time.
